ST. CATHARINES – Armstrong Strategy Group is (ASG) pleased to announce the addition of two new members of the ASG Team – Rachel Gillmore, joins as Director of Research and Madeleine Kearns joins as Researcher and Data Analyst.
“The addition of Rachel and Madeleine significantly bolsters ASG’s research, program evaluation and big data analysis capabilities,” said John Armstrong, President of Armstrong Strategy Group.
“Effectively using both qualitative and quantitative research and data sets to design campaigns and programs as well as evaluate performance is critical to success and growth for organizations in all sectors. ASG is now even better positioned to support organizations achieve their goals.”
Rachel’s work in research, development, and strategic thinking over the last 13 years, has focused on strengthening the infrastructure of non-profit organizations. Her extensive experience in knowledge translation was developed through her work with multiple stakeholders in sectors as diverse as justice/restorative justice, homelessness, advocacy, food security, youth services, older adult services, and education.
“Being able to support the work of many organizations across the community with strategic thinking, while also pursuing innovation and creative problem solving is deeply gratifying. I am excited to be part of the ASG team and looking forward to continuing my work in the community,” said Rachel Gillmore.
Along with a master’s degree from the University of Ottawa, Madeleine is professionally certified in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Predictive Analytics through the Toronto Metropolitan University. Her experience includes survey analyses to assess the effectiveness of international development programs, applying machine learning algorithms to predict population health outcomes, exploring geospatial data to optimize branch structures of local organizations, and network analyses to improve referral pathways for non-profit agencies.
“I am thrilled to become a part of the ASG team. It is my passion to solve real-world problems with modern data analytics techniques. I am looking forward to helping a variety of clients optimize their organizations,” said Madeleine Kearns.
