With over a decade of experience on Canada's Parliament Hill and in public affairs, Phil Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge to clients in Canada and internationally. Working between Washington, D.C. and Canada, he has helped solve complex communication challenges for politicians, non-profits, and in the private sector.
Phil served as political staff to two Members of Parliament and as the Parliamentary Affairs and Issues Management Advisor to Canada's Science and Technology Minister. He also played a key role as the Manager of Caucus Services in both the Conservative Resource Group and Opposition Leader's Office - helping provide strategic communication services to the Conservative Caucus in Ottawa.
In addition to his political experience, Phil worked in the clean technology sector, helping use his knowledge of government and communications to promote the industry and achieve results. Phil has a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario with a focus on communications and has honed his skills with a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management.
