Community Potential

Context

Community Potential was entering a new phase of its work — one that called for greater clarity, credibility, and alignment across everything it put into the world.

Previously known as Living in Niagara, the organization had evolved beyond its original identity. Its work had grown in scope, depth, and strategic importance, but its brand no longer reflected that reality.

We partnered with Community Potential to lead a full repositioning and rebrand, including a name change that could better hold the ambition and calibre of their work. From there, we developed a comprehensive brand identity system and website designed to express who they are today: a trusted partner in collective impact, data-driven insight, and community-centered action.

The goal was not just to look different, but to create a brand that could support their next era of growth, partnerships, and influence.

Outcomes

  • Established a new name and brand positioning that clearly reflects the organization’s evolution, purpose, and strategic role in the community

  • Developed a cohesive visual identity system that balances credibility, warmth, and clarity across all communications

  • Designed and built a website that translates complex ideas into accessible narratives, supporting both awareness and engagement

  • Strengthened the organization’s ability to communicate its value to partners, funders, and stakeholders with confidence and consistency

  • Created a scalable brand foundation that supports future initiatives, collaborations, and long-term growth
