Leah brings a multifaceted research background to her role at Armstrong Strategy Group, where she supports clients in making data-informed decisions that align with their strategic goals. With a Master of Science from the University of Waterloo, Leah’s academic work spanned a diverse range of topics—from policy impacts on students with anaphylactic allergies to the effectiveness of pedagogical approaches in postsecondary education.
Following her graduate studies, Leah completed a professional certificate in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Predictive Analytics from Toronto Metropolitan University, strengthening her capabilities in data infrastructure, analysis, and visualization.
Today, Leah draws on both qualitative insight and advanced analytics to help organizations improve data systems, surface meaningful patterns, and translate findings into actionable strategy. She is especially passionate about helping mission-driven teams harness data to generate positive social impact.
